Wellness on a plate: Where to eat well in Paris (for your body and the planet)

From plant-forward tasting menus to colourful canteen-style plates, these spots prove that eating well doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavour — or pleasure.

After the warm response to Part 1 on Instagram, which spotlighted a few standout tables where gastronomy meets wellness (think: tasting menus, natural wine pairings, and elegant interiors), I wanted to expand the lens. Part 2 brings in a new wave of feel-good addresses—more casual, more accessible, but no less intentional.

The thread is simple: food that feels good to eat, and even better to come back to. These are places where the ingredients are honest, the sourcing is mindful, and the mood is light.

The full list now lives here, with a few extras coming soon.

    Table by Bruno Verjus

“The way we eat determines the world we live in.” – Bruno Verjus.

Ultra-sensory cooking, raw and poetic, focused on the purity of the produce. The establishment is committed to having a direct relationship with the local producers, respecting our land and the nature, and caring for the health of the diners.

Authenticity, transparency, and craftsmanship are at the heart of the experience.

    Bellefeuille

Bellefeuille embraces nature in both its decor and in its menu. Chef Grégory Garimbay elevates ingredients with precision, revealing their essence through a culinary language centred on the vegetal, the mineral, and the iodine-rich. He does this with sincerity and respect for the seasons. The atmosphere is equally transporting. Set within Saint James Pairs, Bellefeuille opens onto an interior garden that blurs the boundaries between indoors and out. Delicately patterned panoramic windows, wood panelling, and a signature period fireplace topped by an antique mirror add layers of warmth and quiet grandeur. It’s the kind of place where time slows down.

    David Toutain

Since 2013, Normandy-born chef David Toutain has been showcasing his unique talents in the neighbourhood of Les Invalides. Having trained under some of the world’s best chefs, he creates meticulous dishes inspired by the many sensory experiences offered by nature. The experience is designed to create moments of comfort, featuring an interplay of natural materials in the dining room that rivals the thoughtfulness of the dishes themselves.

    Qasti Green

At Qasti Green, Chef Alan Geaam reimagines the flavours of his childhood through a fully plant-based lens, entrusting the kitchen to his niece Zeinab Hachem. It’s a heartfelt return to his Lebanese roots, served with the savoir-faire and conviviality of a modern French bistro.

The atmosphere is warm and unpretentious: a family-style setting where vegetables take centre stage, and natural materials bring a sense of calm to the space. The menu is rich with vegetarian mezze, many of them also vegan and gluten-free. Ideal for relaxed lunches or groups (special menus are available for parties of 10+), and don’t miss the festive Lebanese brunch served every Sunday.

Qasti Green is one of three addresses in Paris by Alan Geaam, and his most committed to a plant-based future. It is rooted in memory, but very much of the moment.

    Keïli

Keïli is a vegetarian spot rooted in feel-good food and seasonal bowls that change daily. Built on seven nourishing pillars, from plant proteins to raw crunch and flavourful dressings, every dish is designed to uplift body and mood. With gluten-free desserts, smoothies, and a sunny terrace, it’s a cosy haven for mindful meals that don’t compromise on taste.

In-depth review of Keïli coming soon.

    Les Résistants – La Table

All four Les Résistants locations (Les Résistants, Le Comptoir, La cave & épicerie, La Table) share the same founding principles: respect for the planet, its people, and the producers behind the products, as well as full transparency. Their mission? To reconnect Parisians with food that’s not just local, but traceable, seasonal, and truly responsible.

At La Table, these values take on a gastronomic interpretation — offering refined, seasonal cuisine that honours peasant agriculture and sustainable practices.

    • Interiors of Mesa at Hoy

Mesa serves Latin American–inspired, plant-based cuisine rooted in seasonality and sustainability. Each dish is crafted to nourish both body and mind, using locally sourced ingredients and preparation techniques that preserve nutritional integrity. Natural wine pairings and herbal infusions round out the experience, celebrating the art of conscious dining.
